LNG e-Learning overview

The LNG industry in North America is experiencing unprecedented growth. With 20+ new projects slated to be developed in the next decade, finding knowledgeable technicians in an already tight labor market is a challenge.

The program includes 22 generic e-Learning modules created in conjunction with an industry-leading subject matter expert to ensure your trainees gain the knowledge they need to succeed.

Each module contains clearly written learning objectives with quizzes throughout to test knowledge and increase retention. The modules are rich with illustrations, animations, relevant photographs and include narration.

    Describes the basic terminology in thermodynamics and how they relate to the LNG liquefaction process. Explains the thermodynamic concepts that are associated with the LNG refrigeration processes.

    Outlines the evolution of LNG technology. Describes the main processes in the liquefaction and refrigeration systems. Details the different types of LNG technology available today.

    Examines the importance of safe working practices and how they relate to operational risk. Details the role that safety critical elements, risk matrices, and procedures play in safe operations.
